Preparedness: 25 Things I Don’t Want to Be Without  ​

​Time: 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

In this class we will go thru 25 prep necessities that, when acquired,will give you a peace of mind you’ve never had before!

This is a starter list of
some of the most important! Get what you need before you need them!

For example: What do you do if you cannot use your toilet?, stay warm in winter?,
cook without electricity?
Paper copies the list of 25 will be available.

Dan Olsen will be teaching self-reliance classes every Wednesday, usually at Starry Garden Montessori School.

Classes will be announced soon.

Dan Olsen will teach Edible, Medicinal and Useful Plants Class


Class: August 16 from 5 pm to 8 pm
Class Fee: $25
Place: We will meet at Starry Garden School, then go to the Provo River Restoration Area, below Jordanelle Dam

We will get an introduction to the edible, medicinal and useful plants in the Heber Valley area, including some of the uses and how and when to harvest.
